Project enquiries
With your agreement, the contact form sends your name, email address, message and any optional project details to our server so we can respond to your enquiry. Our configured email delivery provider processes an enquiry notification and a confirmation email. Enquiries are handled through email; this application does not maintain a separate lead database. The contact-page form does not save its contents in browser storage; the website assistant stores session progress as described below. Email messages may remain in our business mailbox and provider systems according to their retention settings.
Website assistant
The NavNirmiti Assistant is a guided project enquiry flow, not an external AI service. It keeps conversation progress and the contact details you confirm in this browser tab’s sessionStorage so you can continue between pages. Saved progress expires after one hour of inactivity when restored. Sending an enquiry or restarting clears that saved conversation. Before sending, you can review your details; submission includes your qualification answers, conversation transcript and the page where you opened the assistant. We process this information through our email provider to respond to your enquiry and send confirmation. Closing the chat hides it and retains progress; use Restart to clear it. No paid analytics provider or external AI API receives the conversation.
Cookies and analytics
This application does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and does not set application cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website.
Protecting the contact form
To limit automated abuse, the server uses an expiring form token and short-lived request counters based on protected hashes of email addresses and, where supplied by a trusted hosting proxy, IP addresses. Counters expire within one hour and may be held in shared rate-limit storage. Application error logs contain fixed operational event names, not the contents of your enquiry. Hosting and email providers may maintain their own operational records.
External services
Our configured email provider processes contact emails on our behalf. Our hosting and email services also process information needed to operate the website and respond to enquiries. Links to external websites are governed by those providers’ own privacy practices. We do not use your contact-form consent to subscribe you to marketing messages.
Your information
Share only the information needed for an initial project discussion. You may contact us about personal information you have sent, including requests to correct or delete it. Any information needed for a subsequent project should be covered by the agreed engagement terms.
